If you are not trying to conceive, your doctor may prescribe hormone therapy along with pain medicines.

Goral Gandhi further adds that in a laparoscopic procedure, your doctor uses a slender viewing equipment (laparoscope) to make a small incision and then inserts instruments to remove endometrial tissue through another small incision. Progestin treatment - A variety of progestin therapies, including an intrauterine device with levonorgestrel, the contraceptive implant, contraceptive injection, and the progestin tablet, can block the progression of menstruation signs and symptoms.
